Terms of Use

FT Timesheets is a private time-allocation tool for approved members of the organization. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Use FT Timesheets only for your own authorized work calendar and only for the organization’s time-allocation process. Access is limited to members approved by the administrator. Do not share access with others or use the service to review another person’s calendar.

Your calendar and labels

You choose the one Google Calendar used for timesheets. You are responsible for reviewing your event categories and correcting labels when needed. The service updates only its category label on an event; it does not change the event’s title, description, guests, reminders, location, or time.

Reports

Reports are submitted only when you choose to submit them. They contain aggregate time totals and are intended to support internal planning and accountability. You remain responsible for ensuring submitted information is appropriate and accurate.

Service availability

The service is provided for internal organizational use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued by the administrator. Google Calendar availability and permissions are governed by Google’s services and your Google Account settings.
