Privacy Policy

FT Timesheets is a private time-allocation tool for approved members. This policy explains how it uses Google Calendar data.

Google Calendar access

You select exactly one Google Calendar that you own. The app reads events from that calendar to calculate weekly time totals and lets you apply its category label to an event. It does not create, delete, reschedule, or edit event titles, descriptions, guests, reminders, or locations.

What we use

• Event timing and category labels are used only to calculate your own dashboard.
• Event names may be displayed only in your own dashboard so you can assign or correct a label.
• Event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, calendar names, and event IDs are not sent to the administrator reporting service.

What is reported

Only when you choose to submit a report, the service sends aggregate category minutes, total scheduled minutes, overlap and unassigned-time counts, the week, and your Google account email. The administrator’s private Google Sheet stores those aggregate reports and your configured weekly baseline.

Sharing and retention

FT Timesheets does not sell, rent, or use Calendar data for advertising. Aggregate reports are available only to the organization’s administrator and are retained until the administrator removes them.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time, revoke its Google access from your Google Account, and ask the administrator to remove your aggregate reports or access. For privacy questions, contact john.peng@cola.church.
