How it works

After signing in with Google, you choose one calendar you own. FT Timesheets installs the organization’s category labels so you can apply them directly in Google Calendar or from your dashboard.

The dashboard compares the current and previous weeks, including total scheduled time, category allocations, and your personal weekly baseline.

One calendarOnly the calendar you choose is used for your timesheet.
Clear goalsYour weekly baseline and category targets stay visible in the full-week view.
Aggregate reportingAdministrators receive summary totals—not event titles, descriptions, guests, or event IDs.
Getting started

Use FT Timesheets in five steps.

The homepage is the place to return for instructions. The app itself is hosted by Google Apps Script, so its address will change to a longer Google URL after you open it.

  1. Open the app. Select Open FT Timesheets and sign in with the Google account approved by your administrator.
  2. Review Google permissions. Allow the requested Calendar access so FT Timesheets can read the calendar you choose and manage its category labels.
  3. Choose your timesheet calendar. Select one calendar you own, or create a dedicated FT Timesheets calendar, then install the category labels.
  4. Label and review your week. Apply categories in Google Calendar or from the dashboard. Use Full week and Through today to review progress.
  5. Bookmark the short address. Save https://ft-timesheets.web.app/app. It always forwards you to the current user app.

Need to redo access? Open the app and select Permissions. You can review or revoke access through your Google Account and then authorize FT Timesheets again.
